Types Of Exams Invented In India

In India, there are several tests available for every position, college, or organization. Few tests are administered by the government, and even fewer by private institutions. The senior secondary and upper secondary exams are significant examinations in any educational setting, such as a school. There are competitive tests to advance our education and get into the institution of our choice.

SSC (Staff Selection Commission)

NDA (National Defence Academy)

Candidates are recruited for the Army, Navy, and Air Force through the National Defence Academy Examination. Candidates who graduated with degrees in physics, chemistry, and mathematics are eligible to apply for the test. The UPSC also administers this test.

JEE (Joint Entrance Examination)

The National Testing Agency administers the Joint Entrance Examination, a national-level test. For admission to several engineering and architectural programs in India, candidates can sit this exam.

NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test)

Exam for National Eligibility, It is held all throughout India to allow applicants to enroll in different MBBS/BDS programs. This examination is performed once a year. Candidates who completed their 12th grade with Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English are eligible to apply for these tests.

CEED (Common Entrance Examination for Design)

A common entrance exam for design is held annually by IIT Bombay. These tests are open to candidates with graduate degrees in BE, B.Tech, or B.Arch. Candidates who pass this test can register for both a Ph.D. and a Master’s program in design.

CAT (Common Admission Test)

A yearly national-level test called the Common Admission Test is given. The India Institute of Management administers it for admission.

GATE(Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering)

 Engineering Graduate Aptitude Test is held in order to admit students to both undergraduate and graduate engineering programs. One of India’s most difficult tests is this one.
